Which areas do you cover?
eHomes installs across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and surrounding regional areas. Confirm coverage for your postcode at the quote stage.
What batteries do you install?
Fox ESS, sized to your home from your power bill so the system carries the evening peak. All AS/NZS certified with full Australian warranty support.
Which rebates can you handle?
Federal STCs on solar and heat pump hot water, and the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program on batteries. Some homes can add a state or council incentive where eligible: the NSW VPP incentive (paid through your VPP provider; the amount varies), Solar Victoria's solar and hot water rebates, or the City of Adelaide Sustainability Incentives Scheme (50% up to $1,000 on a battery, postcodes 5000–5006). We check what you qualify for at the quote.
Isn't there a SA Home Battery rebate?
The SA Home Battery Scheme closed to new applications in mid-2022 (final installs December 2023). South Australian households now use the federal CHBP instead — which is generally more generous on the 21 kWh+ systems we install.
How long does a typical install take?
A standard 6.6 kW solar + 21 kWh battery install runs one to two days. Heat pump hot water is half a day.
What's the warranty?
Tier-1 panel performance warranty 25 years, inverter 10 years, battery 10 years, eHomes workmanship 10 years (held by us, not the manufacturer).
Can I finance it?
Yes — interest-free options for eligible homes on solar, batteries, and heat pump hot water. Full rate disclosure upfront.
