Our story
We started eHomes because Australians deserved better.
The Australian solar industry has a reputation problem. Too many installers oversell, undersize systems, push rebate paperwork onto the customer, then go quiet when something goes wrong. We knew it could be done differently.
eHomes was founded in Adelaide to be the installer that doesn't play those games. Real system sizing based on your real bill, not a brochure number. Quoted price is the installed price for a standard install. Rebates handled by us, applied at the quote — no claim chase later. CEC-accredited installers on every job.

NETCC Approved Seller
The New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) is the regulator-endorsed code for new energy products. NETCC sellers commit to clear pricing, fair contracts, and accessible dispute resolution.
CEC-Accredited Installers
Every install is signed off by a Clean Energy Council accredited installer. STC and rebate paperwork is signed by a real accredited person, not stamped by an admin.

The New Energy Tech Consumer Code — NETCC — is the national code of conduct for businesses that sell solar, batteries and other new energy tech. It's authorised by the ACCC and administered by the Clean Energy Council. eHomes is a signed-up Approved Seller.
In plain terms: a regulator-backed rulebook sits over how we quote, contract, install and handle problems. We chose to be bound by it because the industry's trust problem is real — and being an Approved Seller is one of the clearest ways to show you're not dealing with a fly-by-night operator.
