Up to $1,000 (up to $1,400 for eligible locally made products) for owner-occupiers with combined taxable income under $150,000, a property under $3 million and a system at least 3 years old.
Gas hot water rule
From 1 March 2027, a gas hot water system in an existing Victorian home must be replaced with an efficient electric one when it reaches the end of its life.
