Do I need three-phase power?
No. A 7 kW single-phase charger suits overnight charging. A 22 kW charger needs three-phase power and a car that accepts 22 kW.
Can it charge from my solar?
Yes, with a solar-aware charger such as Wallbox, Fronius or a Tesla Gen 3 set up for it.
Will it fit my car?
Most EVs sold in Australia, Teslas included, use a Type 2 plug for home charging. Some older imports use Type 1. We confirm your car before quoting.
Will my switchboard need an upgrade?
Sometimes. We check from your details and photos and itemise any work in the quote.
How long does the install take?
About half a day, longer if the switchboard needs work. You get a compliance certificate and we test it with your car.
