What’s fixed by formula is the discount, and it works the same for every approved battery brand. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program takes roughly $252 off every usable kWh for the first 14 kWh, then about 60% of that rate to 28 kWh. On common GoodWe Lynx F G2 sizes:
